First off, Murph retired years ago and to my knowledge is not related to the Swartzs. Murph was very good to me and my car before that. Please use caution with this business. They assess charges during estimates without prior consent. I had to wait for nearly 40 minutes before I could get my service key because Mr Swartz "tried" to assess a $20 estimate bill for doing nothing but looking at my car's undercarriage which I did not consent to before.
