Raffaella was great during the sale process. She then handed the reins to William for the "after-sales" stuff. He was exceptional. Not only did he respond quickly to every call, but he couldn't have been more helpful, even lending us his ute (free of charge) for as long as we needed to move our residual items from storage. Highly recommend!
