Murnane Real Estate were fantastic. From our first meeting to discuss the sale of my Mothers home,then purchasing another unit in a Retirement Village,the staff were there with advice & showing a human side. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
Friendly and fantastic service
I purchased a flat in late 2024. Brian Terry omitted an ENORMOUS ONE OFF maintenance levy on the Statement of Information, despite he and Vendor being aware, and despite being asked specifically by my Conveyancer. A huge and stressful betrayal, don’t trust these people , or get a detective/lawyer to check the documentation before you make an offer. Extremely disappointing

I have nothing but praise of Murnane Real Estate in the handling of my property in Balnarring. Of special mention is Olivia Mulvany who handled all details of the sale. Olivia went out of her way to ensure that everything went smoothly.
