My family has been with Murl for over 30 years. He always took great care of us, and JoAnne provided fantastic customer service. Times have changed and the new girl, Reigan, has a bad attitude. She blamed me for not getting all of the information about my new policy due to my change in location because i took the call at work and couldn't stay on the call any longer. Very rarely get a live person. You are told to leave a message and they will return your call, days later or never. We were told she was going to check into our problem and call us back, still waiting......
We were in an accident and they left us out to dry after assuring us they had our back. Now are left with nothing
