Outstanding!! Dr. Jacques made me feel like a patient and not a number. She is compassionate and smart. She picked up things going with my health from our conversation, that I was not even aware could be a potential problem. I felt like my health was in GREAT hands once I left my appointment. Truly appreciate her compassion!
Dr. JJ is a caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, phenomenal physician who is consistent from one visit to the next. She spends time actively listening to what you have to say, and this quality is so reflected in her well thought through responses and strategies. I do not mind having to wait if she runs a little behind because I know she is providing another patient the same care she delivers to me. And that is AWESOME!!
I LOVE DR. JEAN-JACQUES!!! She takes her time with each one of her patients and will answer all questions in detail. She will be hard on you if you don't do what you supposed to do and that is what I love about her; Dr. Jean- Jacques care about her patients! When I left Northwestern and found out my new employer insurance would not cover Dr. Jean- Jacques, I was deeply crushed.
