I agree with another reviewer, "found their office lack of operational structure can use some professionalism!". In addition, a lack of communication, and a lack of honesty. And not vetting their staff. I encourage all clients to do your own background check on caregivers. I have used other agencies in the past, which I would recommend. However, I would not recommend anyone use this agency or their services. Do your research.
