Great sitters and their hourly charge was fair. I found their office lack of operational structure can use some professionalism!
Their caregivers don’t show up and they don’t call to let you know no one will show up. Unreliable company. Don’t waste your time with them.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would!! DO NOT trust them with your loved one's. I would not allow them to watch my pet. We have been utilizing this agency since mid November of 2024. We were referred to them by the VA. They are inconsistent and unprofessional, and we've had 5 caregivers in the last 4 and a half months. 2 of whom have been arrested. We were NEVER notified that the caregiver who was with us last week was arrested in October 2024 for Larceny and again on March 10, 2025, on over 70 counts of forgery, fraud and larc... read more
