Renter beware, leasing office 'loses rent payments' or claims to have not received by mail in order to churn out late fees. Caught them red handed today.
I currently live here and my A/C unit has been out since 9/2/17...there's no answering service available to take my call, no emergency contact, no 24-hour maintenance number to call as well. I have left numerous voice messages and e-mails and no one has gotten back to me. I also have a child who is suffering as well. The management staff is horrible.
