I recommend reaching out to someone else if possible. Very friendly guy, but didn't fix our refrigerator in the end. We paid over $300 to get our refrigerator "fixed" (freezer was working but the refrigerator itself was hovering around the high 50s). He came and said we had to replace the damper after looking at it and had to order the part. Two days later he comes back and replaced it and then the refrigerator never cooled down (same tempature issue), so he came back the next day to see what was wrong and this time he decid... read more
