Husband took my Toyota SUV to get cleaned. It's satisfactory for the price as they are NOT a detail service and the prices reflect that. With that said it's to my understanding that a female employee with face tattoos complained audibly about how dirty it was and I just wanted to let her know, I agree. We have 3 kids and I'm 9 months pregnant, which is why we fork out what little cash we have to get it cleaned rather than doing it ourselves. Smith Brothers is quick and friendly. The pricing isn't much more than what you would pay to run through a car wash and then details it yourself.
Customer service was HORRIBLE. They were not inviting and was actually almost annoyed with my presence. The clean was mediocre. I did have fingerprints all over and vents were still dusty. I will not recommend and will most definitely not be returning.
