I rented this unit in 2020 and noticed today that some of my property was stolen out of my unit. I addressed this issue to management and their reply was they are not responsible for my loss. They have camera surveillance and paid security for this place and nothing should have been stolen out of my unit. Not a secure place for your personal property.

Unbelievable. Reserved a truck 2 days ago, arrived to pick it up and the guy behind the counter told me that they had my Uhaul reservation but they had no truck for me. I asked him when a truck would be available and he raised his voice and said "I don't know!!!!" I had paid movers coming that I had to reschedule, and the man at the location was INCREDIBLY rude. Uhaul customer service at the corporate level has been helpful in making it right, but I would recommend that anyone considering renting anything from here avoid ... read more
