I’ve been applying since I was 18 I’m now 22 not once have they sent a letter in the mail not once have they called me and not once have they ever returned a call. Yet my 20 year old cousin who just applied has gotten her voucher and so has my aunts I am beyond livid!
Lying employees, disorganized, losing ( or tossing) forms. These are our lives. I'm disabled, waiting for disability and housing while still working part time. I gave you my forms and had an appointment with your voucher lady ( Jan 26). Then y'all still told my advocate y'all were waiting on me. Your voucher lady lied. And/ or your receptionist trashed my forms the first times. I have screen shot proof of our interactions. Do something.
