I hired them to come clean a client’s move-out. We confirmed a 12:30-1 arrival time, the lady showed up at 8am and when told she was early said she would come back. She never showed back up. Worse than that? No one answered the phone when I called MULTIPLE of times (8 times I called between 2:30-4). I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere. I had a cleaning service scheduled for Noon, 5/31 and it was a no call, no show. In my book that means you're fired. I called 3 times, left a message on the second. I was very disappointed to never even receive a call back. I would like to see a response from the owner here.
