I also would like to give zero stars but there’s no option. I started with Dr. Noftz only a few months ago and atleast twice had issues with the nurse Cindy the second issue was she mislabeled my urine specimen and sent it off to be tested as someone else’s this was after I found someone else’s specimen in the collection box that they had no idea how long it had been sitting there (there were signs it had been there quite some time) or who’s it was except the name Laura was written on it.
