Tha Californian. This place have the worst management possible. We feel like we are without a manager in the complex. They change manager like I change my clothes. I asked many things for the manager and none was done. Not even an answer in texts or email. They change manager's and don't let the residences know or send to us their number or email. employees leave nails in the road and garbage in the surrounding construction area (patched tire twice). Employees also park in illegal fire lane areas which make neighbors struggle to access and leave their homes. Drug paraphernalia left in streets as well. Very unenjoyable experience living nearby.
Great company to work for! Staff is fantastic, and the owners are top notch.
