One phone call was all it took!! :-) After two stops and 5 or 6 phone calls to replace a tire that had picked up a sheet metal screw on the edge of the tread which ruined a good tire, I went to the internet and found that Murdock Tire & Auto may carry the tire made by Cooper. Jim asked me to bring the car in and he would see if he could order the new tire. Jim is a really great guy. Does awesome work. I took my vehicle in with a list of things I thought needed to be serviced, he could have done the work and made more money but instead told me the things on the list that didnt need to be serviced and he inspected it and saved me a ton of money. Its refreshing to know youre dealing with an honest mechanic.
These people are amazing. Yesterday was my first time going there and I could not have been more impressed. Rita, the woman at front desk was so attentive, always calling me by my first name, even after I left for 3 hours. Jim, the guy who worked on my car, was one of the most honest technicians I've met. He didn't try to get me to pay more than I needed at all. My car was towed in not turning on or working at all. I left paying for an oil change. These guys are absolutely AWESOME!!! The cheapest in price & fastest service around! Plus they had the size tire in stock that my car needs, which is a rare size & other tire dealers would've had to special order them in!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH MURDOCK TIRE
