My check engine light came on while I was driving on Interstate 15. It scared me to see it light up and I knew I needed to find out the issue or cause. I'll stop short of calling the service department dishonest, but they are definitely deceptive. Personal are at least friendly and respectful. I took my Maverick in for a warranty check on the battery (I was getting low battery warnings in the app). They (Cole was my advisor) checked the battery and said that I had an aftermarket GPS that was affecting it. Fantastic dealer for the purchase of a new Bronco! Had free wood fired pizza, drinks, friendly sales and financing - Gabe was great to work with! Finally have my dream vehicle! Murdock stand by their warranty and make you feel comfortable with your purchase! Service department is also great!
