My brand new diesel Chevy truck has been in the shop for 3 weeks still not sure if they have fixed the electrical problem. Came back with a chip in the door paint from all the bad parking in the service area and the fact they just don’t care. I have had nothing but a bad experience from the salesman to the service department. I will for sure stick with Ford next time and stay clear of a Murdock dealership
Ask for Jason if you’re gonna buy a car! I worked with him today and I can’t tell you how stress-free it is to have somebody not on your back 24/7. He even let me test drive the truck by myself. And when we were working out the deal, he was able to help me out to a price I was comfortable with. 10/10. Give that guy a spiff! Was in desperate need of a reliable vehicle and even with my horrible credit they managed to get me a much better deal than I could have ever anticipated.
This review is for the service department only. I dropped my car off for an oil change only. I asked how long it would be. I was told 45 min to an hour. Came back an hour later. Was told another hour because there was a safety recall. So ran more errands with a friend. The 3rd visit I was told 45 min. So I stayed with a 3 year old grand child thinking we would be a an hour.
