We had a great experience returning a leased SUV and purchasing our next vehicle. The team at Murdock listened to us and vehicles in stock for us to look at and test drive. From working with the salesman to finance they made the experience as easy and enjoyable as possible and we are very happy with our new purchase.
Ridge went out of his way to help us find exactly what we wanted. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. We typically dread dealing with dealerships but they made it a very enjoyable experience and very much exceeded my expectations! Absolutely in love with my new car. Deruchette is the best! She is patient, knowledgeable, and absolutely had my best interest in mind the entire time. Completely went out of her way to find exactly what I needed. Completely transparent the entire time.
I felt like the process was fairly quick but that is because I did my own financing. I did get the impression that they weren't happy about that and tried to pressure me into their loans.
