Was told he “legally” needed school reports or written statements from my parents to get a diagnosis of adhd. I was 36 so impossible on both accounts. Didn’t offer any other options like a cognitive test. Dr Vish Gulati just had the “too bad attitude” Was very dismissive and generally unhelpful and just couldn’t wait get me out of his office. Extremely friendly on the phone and had 0 issues with booking an appointment. Very professional and made me feel very welcomed
Sent referral in, couldn't get an answer on the phone. Got an email and was told I needed my original diagnoses letter from 25 years ago, which I no longer have. I need an assessment for NDIS, which is why I am seeking an appointment. When I questioned why it was necessary to have the original letter, I received an email saying "sorry we can't see you, but you are welcome to go elsewhere". Disgraceful!
Reception never answer the phones, I have called and kept on trying to call it is so hard to reach the doctors, why so you are open when you don't want to accommodate clients.
