Dr. Murdoch-Kitt has been working with me during my best and worst times for over three years now. She has a good respect for patient loyalty and offers up personalized advice in what feels like a very casual conversation. Set up an appointment for my husband, when I called to verify she said he had canceled it. 1. He never had the number to her practice because he asked me to set up the appt. 2. He is not available for the date that she said he changed it to. Then when I said that didn’t make sense she said ‘I’m not making this up’ and I didn’t understand why she was being so rude.
