Waited 40 minutes after my appt time. Rude rude rude, patronising. $270 bucks for 4 minutes of rudeness and disinterest. Wished I’d refused to pay, would have loved to see the reaction. Never go there.
Dodgy practice - Stay away. Went there on 5/12/2024 for lump on my leg to be reviewed. Looked at it for 2 seconds, charged $270.00 after medicare rebate then said I need to come back next year for another $850.00 to get it cutout, and pressured me to sign something on the spot. Why would they be taking referrals for additional consults if they can't action them within a reasonable timeframe. I called my GP back and he said just go to a mole and skin place, they generally bulk bill and cut it out on the spot!
Cannot for the life of me understand some of the negative comments made. My wife has been seeing Dr Gian Singh for many years now and we have nothing but praise for him. Kind, understanding, compassionate, and very reassuring when my wife gets stressed. He has successfully removed a number of skin cancers. Some of the comments refer to the high fees. I got a consult after my referral had to be triaged then had to wait for 30+min only to told after 6min consult with Gian Singh that he was unable to remove simple axanthelsma was given no further referral and still charged $270 the full consult fee Requested a partial refund and was rejected So I just feel deflated and robbed Will never return
Unsure why he has some bad reviews. I went to him with a suspected epidumoid (so my GP and the MRI tech believed) as soon as he looked at it he new it was a Lipoma tumour. Had it cut out last Monday, he kept checking that I was ok through the procedure. Checked to see if I was feeling anything and had the cut out bit analysed. The analysis came back and it was a deep seated lipoma and he got it all out in one piece. I couldn't be happier with Dr Singh's service. If you have a lump, I would recommend him no problem.
