Went in for ear problems that turned out to be more of an allergy problem. I don't recommend unless you're just going for a hearing test. At the time, I was scared and confused about what was going on and Dr. Bankaci showed nothing but apathy even trying to walk away as I was trying to ask questions. After I passed the hearing test, the audiologist, Beth told me that my symptoms and lack of ear problems pointed more to allergies, the nurses agreed as well. He is a very good doctor who has helped me with numerous ear problems for many years. I have never experienced any problems. He is a very kind man and easy to talk to.
Dr. Bankaci provides kind, respectful, professional , outstanding care.
I wish I could give this doctor 0 stars. I saw him for some pressure I was feeling in my ears. He ran some tests and told me my ears we're fine. I asked him why I was feeling this strange sensation in my ears and he told me not to worry about it. This seems like a very lazy response. He could not give me an answer for the symptoms I was experiencing, but can still charge me for treatment. I recommend avoiding this doctor if possible. Going to him was a waste of money.
