There is always an issue with the gate, which has led to it being unsecured and allowing people to enter without any security measures. Consequently, thefts have increased over the past year compared to previous years. Additionally, there have been instances of teenagers smoking at the playgrounds at night. On the positive side, the neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, has respectful neighbors, and is always clean.
