He seem to talk down to you, (like your stupid) or acts like your their just for pain meds. He's nurse is a very nice person. The wait time is very short. He never went over any medical records sent from Shands/neurosurgical dept. Very disappointed, wouldn't listen to anything you had to say.
Very personable, knows the pain game very well and understands the patients needs...Great bedside manner and right to point kinda guy...Come from Tampa for treatment...
