What a scam!!! Avoid this rip of!! The charged me over $4500 and put off the cleaning they insisted I had to get done first fo a month, even though a tooth was breaking up and needed to come out. The final straw for me was when that tooth broke again and became painful and was cutting my tongue to the point that I couldn't eat the office manager told me they would try to fit me in 2 days from then to do impressions for a partial befoe they would pull my tooth! I set an appointment in WV and they cancelled it today so I called Lancaster. They got me in for a bottom denture appointment. I went in because they advertised starting at 299.00 per arch for dentures. Guess what they said our office does not offer that and no office in Ohio offers that. So I paid $29. 00 for them to tell me it would be almost 3000-6000.00 to get new sets. I was not happy. My bottom denture broke and I was so happy to get the appointment and got very disappointed. My advise to you: Do not go to This place. I went there for implants. I spoke with the incompetent office manager and we agreed upon what I wanted and what I would pay out of pocket. I put down $1K while in the office. Two days later I found that I had been charged $2K rather than the agreed upon 1K. At my initial exam, they determined that I needed a cleaning and some cavities to be fixed. Those two items were not taken care of fr 18 months. I had been told this process would last 6 months. I went to Aspen Dental to obtain a permanent implant for my bottom teeth. After *************************************** and they've stopped returning my calls. On the last visit, they told me to use polident. I now owe $6,000 for the 'permanent' denture. I have to go to small claims court to get a refund because they refuse to honor their 'money back guarantee'. **** *.

Took my mother here to take care of a broken tooth, ended up needing three teeth pulled (according to the dentist) and a set of partials for upper and lower. They did nothing with the broken tooth on the first OR second visit. The third visit they pulled three teeth and left my mom swollen, in pain and with bruises that looked like someone had tried to choke her to death. Did not provide lower denture because they said corporate policy requires return of previous denture before that did not fit. Dentist office is supposed to keep that denture when they give patient give new denture that fit perfectly.Because I did not have previous denture they demanded my perfectly fitting denture.They actually took my perfect denture leaving me with no denture.Their position was that my husband was not with me in dental room to witness that they took denture.
