My doctor was fantastic. The staff however, not so much... I've been trying to call back and get a hold of my OBGYN for some birth control issues. The phone keeps going directly to voicemail. I've left messages, and have yet to be called back to schedule an appointment. What is going on needs to be handled now, and yet I can't get a hold of anything other than a voicemail message. It's infuriating.
