Had a cleaning done 2 days ago when the new doctor which is Dr. Murad son came in and did the exam it was terrible and very painful. I was told I needed a filling gave me an appointment I come in 2 days later and I had requested for Dr. Murad to do the filling and not his son. I came to the office today made me wait 40 mins just to tell me Dr. Murad does not see new patients. I’m not a new patient I can call the insurance and prove you have done many cleanings for me.
I’ll make it short and simple, it’s the best dental office I’ve been to.
The best dental office there is and all the staff are so nice
If I could give a 0 I would. Had an appointment at 11:30, checked in, then sat in the lobby until 12 with nobody in sight. Appointments mean nothing anymore as they don’t care about your time. Don’t come here.
Extremely rude front staff that gossip the entire time about other co workers and other people infront of patients. Don’t come here
