As a dealership that posts most of its inventory online, you would expect them to also provide accessible Carfax reports for their vehicles, but this is not the case. I recently contacted them about a Carfax report for a vehicle I was interested in and was told they did not have online copies. Since I live two hours away, I asked if they could scan and send me a paper version, but my request was completely ignored. Drove to Barrie from Bolton to view an advertised vehicle with full intention to purchase it walked into the office at exactly 5:38 pm and was greeted in an Un pleasant manner asked to see the vehicle and was told blatantly “no I’m shutting down for the night” I tried contacting the owner prior to making this review and was told they weren’t available
Sold my kid a lemon on his first car. Didn’t even last a year. Motor is gone. Wouldn’t buy from here again.
