I recently visited Murad Auto Sales with the hopes of purchasing my new car. I was greeted by an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual by the name of Austin. He found me the perfect car and it has been incredibly reliable since. The process was super simple and easy. I recommend this place, and in particular Austin, to all those looking for a good used vehicle.
I can't recommend. I spotted a vehicle on their website that I wanted to check out. I showed up between 2pm-3pm on a Saturday a few weeks back, which was supposed to be during business hours. Nobody was there. No sign on the door. Called the phone number, no answer and no message stating they would be away. Unprofessional. I noticed a vehicle in their lot with its passenger window all the way down. During my phone call to get more information, I left a VM to inform them of this open window. i had the pleasure of dealing with Austin, went looking for a car and he was able to show us options and had extensive knowledge. He was amazing to deal with, very friendly, and i would recommend going here for a great experience and a great selection of vehicles.
