Installed a Navian water heater in my home 7 years ago. It is now not functioning and still under the 15 year warranty. They quoted me over 7k to replace it and refused to go through the warranty process with Navian instead pressuring me to pay for the replacement of the unit in full.
Excellent customer service! Had an issue with my hot water heater that they were able to resolve quickly. Great experience.
