I literally have to force them to respond through PayPal disputes. Even with PayPal, shop with this seller at high risk. Seller would be very quick to accept your cash & sending products. BUT if you want to return the products, you will have to fly through hoops & hurdles for months on end to see it happen (If you are lucky.)
