I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel compelled to share just how fantastic the services and care we received when we visited with Mrs. Rachel Munoz. My husband and I walked in the office with what we thought was an “easy” legal task. We were wrong. Rachel took a look at our documents, explained all that we did not understand, provided us with all of the paperwork we needed to get back on the right path and offered to help us if we didn’t feel comfortable or confident when we went back to the original attorney who had w... read more

I Had a fairly complex immigration issue; Rachel Munoz and her staff went above and beyond to get my situation resolved. I would enthusiastically recommend them for all legal matters.
Been trying to reach them for months and they never respond. Clearly they have absolutely atrocious customer service skills I have spoken directly with staff in the governor's office and they instructed me to contact delegate Munoz directly to get my concerns addressed. Therefore, whomever is feeding you that information is grossly misleading you.
