I was very disappointed in him as well as in the Henry Ford hospital…
I have been going here for years. I started for menopause symptoms and they were a great help to me.
Takes forever to sign off on your prescriptions and have been off my birth control for a month and still no help with refilling it.
I have seen dr. alaiwat for about 10 years, he takes his time , answers all your questions his office is very clean i have never waited more than 5-10 mins pass my appointment time same thing once i get to the examination room .he is very caring and ♥️ helpful and sometimes he is open on Saturday .
Was surprisingly disappointed with Dr. Alaiwat and his medical assistant. My concerns and explanation of reason for my visit were interrupted with short somewhat judemental responses . Felt like I was being talked down to and that my presence in the office was a burden to him. He spent a whole 5 minutes in room with me. When a patient comes to the doctor it is not a fun past time, it is for professional opinions and some compassion. I feel like I received neither on this visit and would rank lower if I could.
