I had surgery twice there two years ago. First time I was administered Versed for a simple femoral block that did not warrant such a drug. I was not informed I was getting it and no warning only suddenly I was knocked out and came too suffering severe amnesia. I then had no voice when I was taken into the OR and I was unable to tell them to be careful of my painful right shoulder.
