Immature dental assitant's and just got a bad vibe from them always, very unprofessional and they are the ones that mess up the teeth, the doctors are ok but dont do much work as the assistant's do.

I was Misinformed by a worker about my balance & was told that my Son's braces would be ready to come off just as long as I paid half of my low balance & my son was so excited that he was going to have them taken off the day before Thanksgiving but they denied everything the worker had told me , made me apply for a credit application when I got approved then they denied service today rescheduled for later today at 2pm then denied me that appointment even when I rushed to the bank to pay in full. Dental provider believed that GEHA is my Primary Insurance and BlueCross BlueShield is my Secondary insurance, which is not true. I told the dental provider to correct the records, but they didn’t believe me. They only believed after BlueCross Blue Shield told them that they are the Primary. Even, the provider was adamant with BlueCross BlueShield.
