Writing this review is very disheartening, as I would've given this place a 5 star review years ago. I called to schedule and appointment for the first time in 2 years, and I tried to schedule an annual cleaning, I was put on hold. Then, the doctor told me that because I missed two appointments (which was 2 years ago) that I couldn't schedule the appointment in advance. That I would have to call day of to check availability. This is the best dentist I've ever had. Great service!!
There was a reason I ended up choosing this place and I'm glad I did several years ago. The staff makes the atmosphere very comfortable and welcoming and don't tell Dr Franco's but I enjoy his sense of humor. I recommended several other folks and theyre pleased as well. Munster Dental does great work!
The staff and dentist office were nice and pleasant. The Dr. took care of a problem with one of my molars and it was quick and painless. My insurance paid some of it and my remaining balance I had to pay was very reasonable.
