Don't go here if you have ADHD or issues that cause you to forget things like appointment times and schedules. They will charge you money you don't have and not care about it whatsoever. ZERO HELP!! Waste of my time and just made life a little bit worse.
If I could leave 0 stars or F's I would. I don't know why my first review was deleted so I'm doing another again. This place was awful. From the staff answering the phone, at the front desk doing paperwork and sadly, NP Wells and "therapist" Laura had the worst attitudes. Laura should NOT be in the position to help anyone with her judgemental, unprofessional and rude mannerisms. Worst place I’ve been to. Nurse practioner Wells is the worst “professional” I’ve been to. Hardly would call her that. Broke HIPAA. Looking forward to reporting her license :) Do not go here if you want proper treatment and if you don’t want confidentiality broken unless emergency of course. Also, owner is dismissive and just listened to a nurse practioners side and let her break HIPAA as well. We will see who is in the wrong. Going out of my way to report her license due to unprofessionalism and also breaking HIPAA.
