I called to see if they were done working on my vehicle and was told they did not have my car. They sent it to a body shop without telling me first. I called my insurance company to complain. I was told that this was in fact illegal. My insurance company called Munster and the guy LIED and said he put me on a three way call with the body shop and I gave verbal consent.
