Water heater is under warranty; someone came the day I called, and there was no charge.
My well pump went out. I called after hours and left a message for Waterworks to call when they got in the next morning. I received a call 45 mins before the business opened the next day and they told me the could have someone out.in approx 2 hrs. Phil and Braxton showed up and dropped a new pump in. They also traced down an electrical problem and referred me to the electrician they use. They also cleared a clogged fresh water supply line as well. They were prompt, friendly and down to earth.
