1 star for friendliness and communication. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! Rude, snobby, disorganized. Viewing time was at 5:30pm We got there at 5:35pm and the leasing office was locked with the lights off (leasing office closes at 6pm) Waited outside the doors for 10 minutes until a lady walked into view from another entrance inside the locked office. Munson Hill Towers is a great location and nice large apartments. A good value. Close to transit and only 7 miles from DC. You will like the large apartments, pool and work out room. Engineers forgot to add freight elevators for tenants to move in and out, but the 4 passenger elevators are usually available. Great staff and good security. Near shopping. Take the Metro to DC. Lived here a year and loved it! STEVEN ROBERT HEINE.
