Awesome staff. Always friendly and helpful regarding my CPAP supplies.
I just went there...my insurance was taking a long time to go through as the pain is really bad. I have care credit for my dogs and seen that they accept it. Tried to pay with it and it would not go through..but just walked out the vets with 3 dogs who got their toe nails trimmed. Paid cash and got fitted ASAP. Be careful who you pick for medical supplies.
I went in to Munson Medical Supply in Cadillac on Monday, Feb. 27 at 10:30 am to fill a prescription for wrist braces for my carpal tunnel. I measured a medium, which they did not have in stock. I was told they had to get them from their Traverse City store and I should have them in the next day or two. On Thursday, I hadn't heard that they were in yet, so I called.
