I had my first visit today and even though more than I expected, every single person was kind, smiling, understanding and made you feel at home. I look forward to my healthcare journey with Jen, Kelly and Ashley you are doing fantastic!!!
I am so pleased with Dr. Tremp. In her care for 2 years now. I have never trusted a doc more. She is kind and caring and the e tire office is great.
For me Dr. tremp was less than helpful. She spent little time in the room with me and passed everything off that I was feeling as nothing. I asked for a new referral to a different OBGYN. She seen me right away did the cancer screening and took me for a hysterectomy all within 2 weeks time due to the size of the tumors I had in my Uterus. Thank goodness she listened to me cause had I followed what Dr. Tremp asked me to do who knows in what shape I would be in at this moment.
I had both of my boys through Cadillac, plus they helped me through a miscarriage, and I have only ever had positive experiences. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. They always try to work out my appointments side by side, if I had more than one. They are personsonable and compassionate. I had Dr. Tremp for my second son's delivery, and she was informative and kind. I ended up needing to be induced at 40 weeks and 3 days, and she was able to get me in later that day for delivery. Staff is friendly, but it's ridiculous how long you have to be on hold just to ask a question. Get more people on the phone. Don't offer me a number to call if you're going to make me wait for 20 minutes just to ask you to send my prescription that you were supposed to send Friday. I don't like to leave messages because in my experience, that's a really good way to get put on the back burner for any business. Especially doctor's offices.
