-Honestly, I am so disappointed. Kathleen will do whatever it takes to make sure she hurts her past clients after they are no longer using her services. Kathleen Munsel is perhaps the most unprofessional “doctor” I have done business with. She cancels your appointments then she charges you when you do not show. If you are looking for a professional I recommend you look elsewhere.
During session we were interrupted 3 times by her son wanting homework help. I refused to see her again and refused to pay the $132.00 she charged, now she has sent me to collections. Beware of going to see her she runs a very disorganized and unprofessional office. And overcharges for services.
