Their web listing says 'Professional Dry Cleaners". Don't be fooled. They have acted anything, but, professional. We brought them a brand new, never worn, prom dress with tags still on it that had minor dust on the bottom just from hanging, waiting for a COVID-19 delayed prom that is now almost here. They destroyed my daughter's prom dress and have denied all culpability while giving us a multitude of excuses: 1) We shouldn't have brought it to them (our fault) 2) The regular guy who cleans formals was out, so someone else d... read more
This location has lost my clothes on two occasions in the past six months. Both times, they refused to deliver my clothes after they located them, made me drive back to get them, and gave me no discount for the inconvenience. Edit: Munro’s did reach out to me and offer a credit, which did show class.
