Nurses not turning in my ostomy supplies order until I call and get them moving. Not one nurse understands ostomy care, depression, being a senior, or living in abject poverty.
All the Munroe Regional Home Care are very professional. They helped me to take the best care with my father. They advised me about some medical equipment, which helped a lot with the recovery of my father. Thank you to all of you for your excellent service and care to the patients.
I would fire them if I could. I am on IV antibiotics and they were supposed to draw a trough vancomycin level this AM. They never showed, and they did not call. I now have two doses of antibiotics left, but the infusion company will not deliver more until they have the lab results. I called the "Director" of Munroe Regional Health Care." Her attitude was one of indifference and made no effort to rectify the situation. Apparently they have no interest in the well being of their patients...only profits at the patient's expense... read more
