I very much appreciated Alex's advice on my mortgage deal, things like "definitely get the house inspection"He will also go to the point of volunteering to do simple work to push a deal through. I couldn't have expected more.

Alex is fantastic to work with. He walked us through selling and buying a home mid-pandemic, and made everything easy. And long after we had purchased our home, he was happy to lend a hand when we needed him. Super responsive, and very knowledgeable.
I couldn't recommend renting from Alex more! I have been living here for the past 6 months and had previously only lived in apartment complexes that provided little care for their tenants. Alex however has been the complete opposite. Anytime there has been a maintenance issue in my apartment he has promptly fixed it and been great about communicating in the process.
