Most caring group of people I've ever met. been with Dr.munoz for years.
Be ready to wait for hours! My husband sees Dr Munoz (I don’t know why) and every time he’s there for over two hours! He’s there today since 11:40. It’s 1:20 and the dr barely walked in the room! He was sitting in that room for over an hour! I can understand waiting for 5-15 minutes to be called in and the another 10-15 to be seen, but almost two hours every time! That’s ridiculous! Dr. Munoz himself is a very caring doctor, however, his staff overbooks his patients and have them wait over 2 hours to be seen. I literally walked out after waiting 1 hour in the waiting room and 1 hour in the office. This is outrageous. Do better people. Don't overbook patients. So upsetting. Never got to see the doctor yesterday just was so frustrating.
