I had my yearly maintenance for my AC system today. The technician,Ronnie, was great. He was early for the appointment. Let me know he was on his way with a picture. He was polite and thorough. He did find a small problem with my outside unit and told me in easy to understand terms what was wrong and how he could fix it. I have nothing but great things to say about both Ronnie and Munns.

Couldn’t get them to answer the phone. They were always booked up, when someone finally picked up. Switched to their competition and have never looked back.
Never returned our call for emergency AC with a person who just came home after an operation
