Very disappointed with the administrative handling at Munn Chiropractic. I asked several times, including months ago, for my medical records and treatment bills to be submitted to the insurance company. I recently received a FINAL WARNING from the insurance company stating that they still had not received the necessary records or billing information and that they were preparing to close the claim without paying the medical expenses. The day after my husband went here he was in so much pain he had to go to the ER. They made his situation worse. We canceled the rest of the visits and they only refunded us $30 of the few hundred we were owed.
