Juan Muniz was the general contractor for my custom house construction. Very poor quality house built lots of problems after I bought a house from him
Before buying a home from Muniz Construction make sure to check ceiling fan fixtures , floors leveling meaning the ceramic tile, room measurements , electrical fixtures , hvac units !! Our home is so uneven , ceiling fans turn on and off alone and now no longer work , water faucets are opposite we had to make changes due to him never answering phone calls and electrical problems that are a hazard!!do your research first
