They made me pay a double deposit after I had called them and asked how much it would be to get service turned on, just moving here from out of state that wasn’t in my budget and it almost messed everything up. I had already given them my name and address and was told a completely different thing when I got there. Now I keep calling to pay my bill and every single time they say the system is down call back. I stopped by and guess what? The system was freaking down. I think it’s time for them to get better internet.
