Outstanding parking lot with easy access to the Minneapolis Convention Center.
Best ramp IMO near Target HQ
Stuck on the lowest level for over 40 minutes! No cell service. Still made us pay $20. Never use that again, total ripoff!!!
We attended a graduation at the convention center with lunch plans to celebrate after. When trying to exit the ramp, along with all other graduation attendees, it turns out that there was no attendant on duty and the exit machines were shut down. We sat in the ramp for an hour waiting for staff to get things moving and when we finally got to the exit, they actually charged us for the parking. When you have hundreds of cars stuck, missing reservations, you need to open the gates and take the loss. Poor management.
