The staff are friendly and helpful.
Not very helpful, new customer needing help with setting up online acct. Called 2x spoke to 2 different reps and requested acct number and no one told me i needed a meter number. So i called back to get this info and was told i cant set up online acct until i get 1st bill and i have to call in to have them set it up and create a password for me.
Tracy were very prompt and courteous. She took care of my problem in a timely manner
June 15, 2025 Power outage during storm at a bit after 11pm and within around 30 minutes they found the provlem and had it fixed. Thank you and God Bless you for taking such good care of us :)
Worst utility company I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve lived in multiple states. Back woods ghetto garbage humans who do nothing to assist people. Apply a late charge the day AFTER you make a payment and will not waive it because they need to pad their pockets. We need more options here
